Cheque Presentation to Mind in Cambridgeshire

St Neots Ladies Circle 532 held their annual quiz night at Priory School, St Neots, raising £606 for local charity 'Mind in Cambridgeshire' (formerly Hunts Mind).

This annual event attracted more than 100 people to take part and our quiz master Kevin Clark put together 10 rounds of fantastic questions.

It's always very competitive and the 10 teams taking part were all convinced they could take the winner's prize - a selection of wine.

We had donations for raffle prizes from Ladies Circle members, Phoenix cards and cupcakes made by Esther Entwistle, and a 'fair trade hamper' from our local Anglia Co-operative foodstore.
Each person paid a £5 entry fee, brought their own refreshments and many contributed by buying raffle tickets.
We presented the cheque, and pictured (attached) are members of St. Neots Ladies Circle with new chairman Sarah Arber and outgoing chair Amanda Zeffman and the 'Mind' management team Joan Harding, Jenny Swain and Lamin Falti.
