Deputy Bower Queen Joins Lichfield Ladies Circle

Lichfield Ladies Circle chair, Sue Davies, was delighted to welcome Emily Rich, Lichfield's deputy Bower Queen 2012 as its newest and youngest member at its meeting this week.

Emily who has attended the various social events over the summer decided to officially join the group increasing its membership to 24 full members. Emily commented "Lichfield Ladies Circle is a great group of ladies who constantly have lots of fun whilst raising money for local charities at the same time. They have made me feel very welcome and it is a fantastic opportunity to join this group. I’m sure I will have lots of fun experiencing many activities in the coming years".

Lichfield Ladies Circle celebrated their 60th birthday earlier this year which brought together both past and present members and highlighted how much activities and fund raising has changed over the years.

The current social calendar will see Emily joining in with fencing, belly dancing, meals out, roller blading and life drawing as well as the annual, traditional wreath making! to raise money for local charities.
