We held a bingo night in our local pub – The Cap, Harleston – on the 19th April in order to help raise funds for baby first aid training for local parents.
We were able to raise a total of £400 towards this training.
We held the first aid training session on the 9th June, With Fitt Healthcare Training Services at the leisure centre in Harleston.
We have since held our second Bingo night raising a further £280 for a local charity Heart 2 Heart Norfolk, who help to install defibrillators in local communities – along with training to people within the community. We are just waiting for the confirmation on what is needed most in our local area on what the money will be spent on.
